Wondering if people can share experiences in regard to out of state investments? Assuming a lot of people do it and wondering what are your thoughts for those that have experience with in state and out of state investments

@Jean H. Thank you. What bank was that?

@David New just refinanced with AimLoans and they are online at 3.875 with no points.

@Jean H. Wondering how we’re you able to get that low. Did you pay a point to get that. We just refinanced via AimLoans at 3.875% without any points.

@Alina Trigub thank you so much. I will review in more detail.

@Randy Rodenhouse can you please elaborate a little more on tax benefits in regard to multiple family units when working a regular full time job vs working full time in real estate

@John Casmon yes, definitely would start with refinance loan and can only borrow 100k against ROTH, but don’t have too really, but that is a good point and a good reminder for me.

@Roni Elias thank you. We are both engineers. I been thinking though about doing real estate so can learn. Don’t have much free time with engineering job and two kids. Are you saying we would be taxed differently if I was in real estate. I would be very curious to know the details. My job is very time demanding and I feel like it’s 24/7, this this would give me another reason to consider then.

Do you have anybody you know that I can consult with or is it any accountant?

@Arn Cenedella let me know if I can schedule sometime to discuss in more detail. I am curious since I will have cash left even after I purchase

@Bjorn Ahlblad good advice. Agree, I would not buy anything more than net worth. Ideally 1/2of that
