Hey!

I would love some tips on how could I network with private investors or people that have the money to fund 100% of the deals for 50%-50% JV with our company.

Thanks in advance!

Post: Annualized Return Formula

Hey!

I am trying to find what the formula to calculate the annualized return on an investment is, based on compound interest. So if someone invested $100K and in 4 months it generates a 6% return, that's $6K, if he invested those $106K again, and in another month he'd generated another 6%, what would the total annual return on that initial $100K investment would be?

Thank you very much in advance

What is the difference between a concrete home and a block one... Is it the same? if not, how are they different. Plus, it would be very helpful to know what the type of home built materials are.

Thanks!

Hey,

I've heard people saying most general contractors will mark up on the materials and lie to you. Should I buy them myself directly? Or if I tell them exactly what materials to use and where to buy them, that's good enough?

Thank you in advance!

Hey,

I wanted to have some insight on how to approach someone that I'd really like to be my mentor. In case they don't know me at all, and we've never met before, should I contact them via email to let them know my interest in them? should I simply ask them for their time and go for a coffee? What could be a good strategy?

Thank you in advance!

Hey!

I wanted to know if you need a legal contract when working with a general contractor or project manager in your rehab deal. And if so, do I as the flipper make that contract? or they make you sign their contract?

Thank you!

Is it possible to start investing in multifamily just raising capital and loans but no money put from you? Not because you don’t want or don’t want to put skin in the game, but because you don’t have it?

How long does it take to flip a shortsale property? Just an estimate, just like a normal flip would take around 3-4 months. Thanks!
