Hi Jonathan,

I have read that most real estate agents have standard contracts they use that can be customizable for your unique purchase/sale agreement. I would say contacting a real estate agent rather than a lawyer may help you out, and it may be less expensive. Hope that helps!

Hello BP members!

I am new to the webiste and new to real estate investing. I am learning a lot on my journey to become a real estate investor and have just started using BP.com. I am a recent college grad with a stable full-time job, but I want more... and real estate investing seems like a great place to start.
