I am new to the real estate investment world and am in the process of building a team of experts. I am scheduled to have lunch next week with a real estate agent that I want to add to my team. For those of you who wholesale properties, what types of services/things would you expect a real estate agent to provide? Hello Everyone,

My name is Ashley Jackson and I am a wholesaler who is new to the real estate investment world. In addition, I am a practicing attorney that specializes in real estate and foreclosure law.  My short term goal as a wholesaler is to sell between 12 and 24 properties within my first year of investing and, my long term goal is to build a real estate investment company that is able to provide the type of life that I want for myself and my family.

I am so excited to begin a career in real estate investing! I look forward to getting to know as many of you as possible.
