@Account Closed, i am a new investor in columbia, sc.  I haven't done my first deal yet, but I am making a lot of good connections.  The market seems to be doing pretty good. You might want to send colleague requests to several sc investors who have done deals to get their takes on the market...that might help.

@Derek Kraack, welcome to BP!  There are a lot of great resources and people on this site. You can learn so much from the forums as well. Network as much as possible.
