Thanks Zac, I'm hoping to get my business rolling soon. Waiting on a property to sell now then I'll have cash to buy more.

Or even for buy and flip Evendors though you won't have property that long

I'm newly licensed in Texas as a Realtor. I am interested in Investing not sure if it will be buy and flip or buy and hold. I am still researching BP hoping it will lead me in the right direction. If you have any suggestions please share .

@Roy Oliphant: can someone help me understand the judgement/cost due?

Let's look at the first one under "sold"

What would the cost of the property be $57,374 or $1,742

I'm interested in starting to invest in tax sale properties, I've read that you probably will have a hard time selling the property and getting title for properties bought this way. I'm interested in vacant land at this time.  is this accurate for most of the properties that you have to wait 2 years to sell?

I'm really scared but very ready to dive into this world. I just don't know exactly what kind of due dillegence I need to do. How do I know if I'm coveting my basis?

Should I from an LLC before I even consider buying a tax sale property?

here is what I know.

1. I find a proper listed for sale from my county

2. I look it up on Google maps or travel to it to view

What's steps 3, 4,5,6,7,8,...

How do I find out about the stuff that can be a potential problems ?

Is there anywhere I can find a list of things I should be doing or researching?

I'm so thirsty for knowledge about this issue. I just need a mentor to help me!!

hey guys I've read through all of the great answers and questions of this thread. I'm new to the community and to tax deed investing.

Is it easier/ safer to invest in raw land rather than ones with a home for the sake of the oth?

I'm interested in a 61 acre tract for $8k

It's a struck off property
