Lucas Machado thank you my friend and please keep me posted if you have any interesting deal
Lucas Machado thank you my friend, well nothing come easy this days and I'm sure it will be hard , hope i will find guidance to fast find my first deal and i can jump in the water, I'm planning to move to south beach in 2 months with my fiancé, we rent a home there and doing a house hack definitely not going to work for us, i can live on our savings and do some part time job 3 days a week . I don't think buying a property for rental is what I'm looking for now, i think in my case that I'm looking to grow my money and have no knowledge or system in wholesale , my best option is doing some flip, and thats my goal for the next 6 months, I noticed you live in Hollywood, we close, where would you recommend to search my first deal and what kind? I believe you know our area already. Thank you

thank you, its great idea! the only thing i was thinking so far is to buy some single family, fix and sell.

i currently have one condo that I'm refinancing and taking 75% out from the value of it. I'm already

considering it in my 300k, i bought my condo cash 3 years ago for 150 and its probably now 185-195k

i considered selling it but got advised to cash out some money and rent it, rent is $1650

Kevin Siedlecki around the 300k

hey guys, I'm happy to be joining to this great community, I'm 33 years old, soon to be married live in Miami area and searching for my way in real estate investment, I quit my job recently because I didn't enjoy it anymore, i felt I'm not growing anymore and mentally I couldn't continue even though it helped me saving nice amounts of money, obviously money is important and we all searching to make more of it, but we need to enjoy what we do and grow everyday.

It took me a while to make that decision, and it was hard leaving my comfort zone but I'm definitely ready for new adventures,

I'm looking for my first real estate deal as an investment, to grow my finances and to make an income.

I have money that i saved and looking for the best way to start with it , and make it my main business
