Flips are happening down there, but I don't think they do as well as 30032 (South Decatur) or perhaps even options in SW Atlanta like Venetian Hills.  I do think the entry price point there is lower than both of those options, though, and it makes for a good long term hold.

Does anyone have a recommendation for Radon Remediation?  

No real maintenance cost. Maybe replace the fan if it goes out at some point in the future but that's about it. It's really a very simple concept.

Can anyone refer a company that can help do a commercial cost segregation study in the Atlanta area?  Also, assuming a 50,000 sq foot office building, what can I expect to pay for the study?

@Matthew Nicklin, do you self manage?  What is your average annual mortgage expense per house?  What is the average rent and house value?  I would be interested in comparing apples to apples as much as possible!

I should clarify that $4750 is my annual profit per door after all expenses. The average home value is approximately $115k now.
