Hello @Madison Adams,

Welcome to BiggerPockets. There are numerous ways to find cash buyers.  I assume that you have a rental property for sale. Let me know give you a list what you can do and other members will ad to it.

-C-list ad in the local section, involve wholesales who have cash buyers, talk to the local REIA, advertise in BPs as well, find buyer on Facebook, etc.

Hello@Bob Roach,

I think Jacksonville will be a great market in 2016. Now it's a little bit slower as it used to be.

Good Luck!

Thanks for sharing @Larry Fried.  I wonder wether it would attract more out of state investors to Jacksonville, as good publicity is more important then anything else. Let's jump on the bandwagon.

Hello @Karolyn Son,

I hope you did not have any financial loss.

If you read and learn and participate on forums in BP, you might be able to reduce the risk of getting burned again.

Anyway, if you are looking for a new market, I recommend you Jacksonville, as most probably that would fit your investment budget.

Welcome to BP @Rodney Watson,

I've seen investors discussing this topic about 2-3 weeks ago. Try to find that thread on the forum.

I have no experience with them, I'm involved in wholesaling only at this moment.

Hello @Alicia Kennedy

Welcome to BiggerPocket. You are at the right place to learn and make connections.

You are at the right market to buy cheap and low maintenance properties. You can look for properties on MLS or you can buy properties for wholesaler and turnkey house provider.

It depends how much work you want to put into the project. Study the Jacksonville real estate market in Zillow and Trulia based on your price range and the risk you can take you will be able to select the right zip code where you want to invest. You may want to interview couple of property managers as well. If you need further advice, feel free to contact me.

Hello @Tony Salvatore

Welcome to BiggerPockets.  Jacksonville is a great market. Before Holidays the supply is bigger then the demand, many wholesalers promote their properties the Cash Buyers, the best time to buy with a good discount.    Good Luck to you on Jacksonville market!
