Hello all,

I currently invest in Short term rentals (Airbnbs) and Long term rentals as well as self manage and run a Property management company. The biggest issue with wood frame is going to be getting insurance. Being located down here in South Florida makes it nearly impossible to get insurance on a wood frame house. Also if you do get insurance it will be alot higher.. due to hurricanes
