Hello All - 

Currently doing single family rehabs but want to get into commercial properties. Based on the magnitude of investments and risks, I think that finding a mentor is the way to go. I am tossing around entering into Peter Conti's Commercial Dream Partner's program, for a few reasons.

What are the taxes on property? 

Do you have addition pictures of property? 

Is this a wholesale deal or can it be seen in person?

How much will rent for each unit Gross, $750-$1000?

How much are taxes and insurance on property? who pays utilities? what  expenses is the landlord responsible for?
