I'm not a betting man, but if I was I'd say they homeowner is trying to pull a fast one. Most people don't leave valuables around with their house listed. Where in the country are you?

Might I ask where you got the house? HUD home? MLS?

Ok, thanks. But what if the middle man wanted to do a double closing to conceal a hefty assignment fee from the buyer? Is there also a way to do that with two names on it?

I had a similar situation but it was a house next to a rental I own. I contacted the landlord and threatened to take further action. I also put him in contact with my realtor who found him new tenants.

I have a question...

Lets say....I get a house under contract and then have a hard time getting a buyer to wholesale it to. So I call another wholesaler to sell it to and maybe make a minimal spread. The other wholesaler wants to buy it for a slightly higher price and has a buyer so we have a deal.

Now what do we do at closing? Can you do a triple simultaneous close or add two assignment fees? Do one of us have to be a realtor to get a commission? How would this work?

Thanks
