 Good morning! I live in Oregon, oh it’s surburbs of Toledo my wife says lol. I’m new to investing!! I own a house I wanted to use to buy more properties but comps are floaty so lender says I may to find new property. 

To answer your question , I’m looking to find my first deal, no money down. Is that impossible? I’m trying because Tony J robinson from bigger pockets first deal was 100% financed (purchase price & rehab) but he never said if he paid down payment, at least I never heard him. 

Sorry for ramble but what do you think? Would love to help you if I can as well.

Jimmy, I would like to know if you or any lender you known offer 100% financing to individuals who find good real estate deals. If so, let me know the name of lender please so I can ask the requirements to get funding because I am interested.

Looking for a lender to finance 100% of my real estate deal. (Down payment, rehab and closing costs) Does any one know a lender that does this or what this kind of lending is called?
