Hello everyone,

My name is Baylen, I’m new to BiggerPockets. I’m looking to get started in a northern suburb of Minneapolis MN called Anoka. I’m a CNC machinist by trade but eventually I want to be my own boss and I want to do that in real estate. I just refinanced on my current home and was able to pull out $35k and was hoping that I could get some ideas on what to do with that. All suggestions are greatly appreciated.

So I just refinanced the home I currently live in and was able to pull out $35k, I’m wondering if someone could tell me what they would do with it, this is my first time in real estate investing. I’m in the suburbs of Minneapolis. Any guidance would be much appreciated.
