Sweet! Thats a hard one.. you have to live somewhere.. maybe look at a multifamily as a second deal and get one you can live in for free basically.

I don't know that i can give up the boat yet unless we find a vacation home in florida!

Interesting question. i know i personally have a hard time waiting for closure. however it gives me time to think everything over and make changes to the plan before i start buying parts.

Pretty good idea.some people like the points system. i would have a hard time keeping up with it with the limited time i have.
