I am just getting into this myself. I have bought some performing notes on FCI . Just about to close on a NPN first with full intention of foreclosing it. So far so good.

No I would not consider doing the foreclosure myself, just the initial noticing.  I am just now looking for the right attorney to do the foreclosure.

I have some tax liens in Maricopa County going back Feb 2013 purchase date. I would like to try and do the foreclosure . I have 7 of these . Has anyone found a paralegal or something like that to at least do the preliminary service?
