Hi @Benjamin Necci I just invested the minimum in their eReit just to test them out. Won't invest anymore until I test them out for at least a year. All their other products however are from accredited investors, which I am not.

Hey @Sooyeon Kim. My agent told me all the buildings in Union City are rent stabilized. Which is why condo coop prices are still sane. So finding a deal there should be easier.

Hey Ed. I was a long islander all my life. Lived in Roslyn and Port washington growing up. But now I live in Union City, NJ. Commute is much faster to midtown. Anyway, just wanted to say welcome.

Welcome Youssef. I am also new here. Do you work in midtown? I work for a trading firm in midtown. I am interested in meeting investors to network and share notes. Let me know if you ever wanna meet up for coffee.

Hey Billy, Welcome. I am new here too.

Sounds like a good plan you have. I have yet to formulate mine. Just learning all I can for now.

It would be nice if us new yorkers had a meet up once in a while to get to know each other and share ideas.

I would like to get people's opinion on today's Reuters article:

Home 'flipping' exceeds peaks in some hot U.S. housing markets

Does this mean the top is near?

Hi Chaim. I agree there's an overwhelming amount of information here. I'm exploring a little bit more everyday. Thanks for the advice.
