@Account Closed Did you find a lender to refinance your rental held in LLC? Colony American Finance, specializes in this type of SFR financing.

@Manson C. You have options!! Depending upon the value of your portfolio and the amount you a looking to leverage, there are several options. One option is Colony American Finance. CAF has helped many real estate investors facing this same issue. Message me for details.
