ok I want to do my 1st wholesaling deal b4 the end of the year in nj. But like other post I read about others I'm really nervous to start it feel like I don't know the 1st thing to do. I have read books been informing myself thru bigger pockets,but now I'm nervous and afraid but I'm going to do 1 b4 the end of the year. 

But what's your advice and have anybody had these butterflies or fears too

Hello everybody,  

Well Im moving to Grand Rapids MI, from New Jersey. I was thinking about going to get my broker license, and working for a real estate company over there just to learn their market. I have been doing my own studies, tying to learn and understand the market over there. What advice would you give to a new person getting into real estate in a new area?
