@Will Dixon unsure why they have to be requoted. (Disclaimer: although I am not licensed in Cali...yet ;)

We have investors who have Settlement dates pushed due to title or other issues and the insurance companies give them a lot more than 10 days - especially if they signed the docs already.

That being said, IF they did have to be requoted it could go up substantially because all the factors that go into rating, recent CAT losses by the insurer, or as was mentioned changed info / assumptions.

@James Masotti agreed! I insure multis and they are each a completely different animal. Student housing,senior housing, market rate etc. all have completely different underwriting because they are different types of investment.
