Hello this is Benjamin Orozco from Los Angeles I’ve been to Topeka once before and I liked the affordability of some of the homes. I want to know if you have rentals in the area and how they are doing. I’m also looking for some contacts, referrals to a top agent a reliable contractor and a good property manager . I’m starting to analyze some single family homes out there for investments but I want to gain as much knowledge of the surrounding areas. Any info would be greatly appreciated Thank you

Hello everyone I’m new to the BP Forums. It’s nice to be a part of this great online community. I’m currently in escrow with a triplex in Hemet Ca. Although I’ve done my homework as to what rents go for it would be nice to hear from another investor that’s already invested in Hemet Ca. If you could provide some wisdom that would be greatly appreciated. Any info of Hemet would be great including what rents go for. I have searched the forum before posting this and found some decent info but some of the posts were older and didn’t really mention rents. Thank you
