@Tim S. Thank you so much for the information. Those are the things I thought might be what was needed for an investor. Hopefully as I grow in knowledge on both sides I can help be talked about positively in these posts. Hope you and everyone has a great weekend. 

Here is my question as a newbie as an agent and working toward my first investment. For the investors what makes a good agent? One thing I want to do with my license is to work with investors. How can I be one that “doesn’t suck”? What do investors want and need in an agent?

Here is the second part of what I am hoping to accomplish. I am a new agent and want to work on becoming an agent investors come to for help. Let me know what I need to do to build that part of my knowledge base. I don’t want to be one of the agents so many post about on the forums.

@Justin Foster Area would probably be more on the south side of BA around 91st area. I haven’t sat and put numbers together yet. I am wanting to stay in the 3/2 type house so it has better resale down the road.

@Justin Foster I am hoping in the Broken Arrow area for my first deal so I can self manage the property.

I was just wondering if there were any other investors from the Tulsa area that are active on BP. I have been learning a lot getting prepared for my first deal. If there are more people from Tulsa say hi and tell me about you. 

I am new to real estate investing in the Tulsa area market. I am still learning before getting my first deal. I am looking for an experienced house flipper to discuss the market and ideas.
