Hey guys! I will be hosting a networking meetup in Orlando this week focused on short-term rentals. It will be a place where everyone can discuss strategies, locations, vendors, etc. and get to know other STR managers/owners in the area! The meetup will be at 6:00pm on Tuesday, May 10 at Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company (1300 Alden Rd, Orlando, FL 32803). Hey Carson! Destin is a fantastic market and is also just an incredibly beautiful city all-around. Beyond having high cash-flow potential, it also is a seasoned vacation rental market that is not overly strict on their policies. I believe you do need some vacation rental licensing, but it shouldn't be too difficult of a process to obtain. I shot you a PM and would love to talk more about your journey!

Todd, congrats on your success! It sounds like you are on an awesome track! I personally have connections with several investors who use iFund Cities to fund their deals (they work well with STR investors as well). I'd love to connect and hear more about your story!
