I have not.  I was hoping there was a technology out there that was easy to use.  I will check that out.  Thanks for the information.

Thanks for the responses.  There really isn't anything specific I am looking for.  I am exploring what it means to be in your space.  I am interested in knowing whether its worth the effort to have something developed or if there is an opportunity to partner with an already existing system.  I sold my last SAAS company and have moved int the real estate space.   I enjoy the buying of properties and filling them, however, I want to apply technology to what I am doing.  I will PM each of you to give you more info and see if there is any opportunity to help each other.  Thank you for touching base with me.  I do have other thoughts about this space that might be better for a different post.

Thanks,

Ben

Bigger Pockets.

I am looking for a Property Management system that is not main stream yet.  Do you use or know of a product that someone has developed on a small scale?  Maybe a programmer who developed their own product for them selves.  Or a product that is in its infint stage.

Thanks,

Ben

Hello, all.  I have identified a few neighborhoods that I would like to mass mail.  Is there an easy way to collect the addresses of these neighborhoods and put them in an excel sheet?  I have researched this a little bit with no luck.  I assumed that I could do this with google maps somehow, but I have had no luck.  I know the technology exists but might be home grown by the company that is doing it.

Thanks for your help!

We will get our feet wet with residential.  However, we will probably work in commercial eventually.  That could be this year, that could be 5 years from now.

I have access to a guy in Memphis who refurb's properties and then sells them as a turn key product.  I will probably work with him for at least 1 investment.  I am not really equipped to do a flip/fixer upper, but I also think become equipped is in my future and the best way to become equipped is to just get out there and  do it.  I plan to fail forward a little this year.

Thanks,

Ben

Hello,

My name is Ben Sealey.  I am new to real-estate and look forward to learning.  I will be purchasing 5 rental properties in 2016.  I am looking to create a passive income via investments, real-estate, and technology.

I look forward to meeting some of you.

Thanks,

Ben
