I've been through half a dozen. Try Omar Nuñez from Farmers. Best rates by a good margin.

Omar Nuñez, MBA
7022 Shallowford Rd Ste 3
Chattanooga, TN

Google his contact info as BP won't allow it to be posted.

Personally, I'd say that Chattanooga is a much better city for investments.  No hurricanes.

See you Wednesday!

I've worked with 2 and I consider both to be excellent.

Tom Hayslett of Miller & Martin. four two three - seven eight five - eight three six eight

Philip Meyer of Hurst Cromie. four two three - six four eight - seven eight nine six

Tom has helped in a couple of leasing situations, a purchase agreement review, and a real estate litigation.

Philip is our guy for syndications and general questions.

Miller & Martin are one of the 800lb gorillas in town.

@William Allen - let's talk next week.

I have properties all over town that I either own or oversee for my clients.  I like East Ridge and Red Bank right now, but also love downtown, Southside, and South Broad for commercial.  I don't have anything in Hixson at the moment, but would happily buy there.  Brian and I have stuff in Fort Oglethorpe together, though we found a nice little pocket.  I would hesitate to buy elsewhere down there, personally, as an out of area person.  I used to live in East Brainerd and am under contract for a property there now.  Ooltewah is nice, but hard to invest in currently.

Hey there. I've lived in Chattanooga and now investing in the area quite a bit. I own 29 doors at the moment in the area and bring others from California to buy in the area. I have a great network of brokers, property managers (Brian from 1st PM in Chattanooga posts here regularly and is my manager), and service providers, contractors, etc.

I'm very happy to help where needed.

Alan - I'm new to BP as well, though I have been full time in real estate for over a decade.  You're wise to avoid paying for information you can find for free online and through networking.

Are you looking to do land flipping or are you buying for personal enjoyment?
