Hi BP Members,  I am looking out of state for Turnkey properties and i have limited my search in Kansas City, Indy and Chicago. I have a few questions i'd like to hear from the fellow BP members who have done deal in these areas:

1) What returns should I expect?

2) what's the price range for a SFH with 3 bdr and 1 bath ( I don't want to buy anything in war zone)

3) what type of property do you find easier to rent out?

4) Does multifamily produce higher returns in these cities as compared to SFH?

5) any recommended turnkey providers and PMs?

I am going to piggyback Andrew post and I am pretty much in the similar shoes with Andrew and I'm looking for my first rental property in New Jersey, however I am not looking to move to Jersey from NYC at the moment. Given the high taxes in Jersey, which towns in jersey have reasonable prices but easy to rent out? I am new to real estate investing and look forward to learn from everyone here. Thanks.
