Hi Jocquinn!
Are you looking for multi-family homes in Denver? A great way to make connections (these are often off-market in Denver, and in high demand) are REIAs, most notably the John Fisher Breakfast club. It's held the second Saturday of every month at Dazzle at 7am. It's an amazing place to get connected. If you go next weekend, we will see you there!

@Jon Hill So glad you have the book on your list! Do you know how most books are a large picture? They are often time amazing but do little to actually make you more productive. The book spoke to my inner-detail self. Let me know what you think of it after you read it!
We have a part time employee doing our direct mail marketing, and I just delegated social media posts to her today. She is also doing data entry for building our marketing funnel. I've been trying to do our books for the past 3 years-BIG mistake! So we just hired a bookkeeper and she will be incredible! I'm sure there will be more I will delegate as we roll through the year and as I can bring along our employee as she is ready. Systems have to come first before the delegation, so it takes longer than I'd like. We are getting there!
I sent you a request to connect as we are both in CO! Looking forward to keeping in touch as we move forward into 2020!!

@Jon HillGreat thread!
We just finished listening to "Atomic Habits" on our holiday drive, and it's helping us focus our attention on the little things that become big things! 2020 is the "Year of Consistency" for us, (last year was the year of systems, the year before the year of learning!)
1) Focus on our systems for obtaining leads until we can match investors with their criteria-matching property 5x per month.
2) Flip an average of 1.5 properties per month.
3) Delegate.
4) Get serious as a business. We've been "hobbying" it for the last 4 years, and always been profitable every year, but it's time to hunker down and work our system EVERY day!
Good luck in the New Year! If anyone is from Colorado I'd love to connect with you (or Ohio, or TX, or anywhere, really!!)

Did you get a lawyer recommendation? We've used Peter Linder in Fort Collins and also Zier Law (right next door) for some lease option contract work. I bet one of them would be able to help! They are both in Fort Collins.
