    I am currently embarking on a new project to construct a 14-unit apartment building in Tampa, and I am in search of a reliable architect engineer. 

    Ideally, I am seeking an architect with experience in designing and overseeing multifamily residential projects. The architect should be knowledgeable about local building codes and regulations specific to Tampa.
