Looks like you're a Plus user, not a PRO.  If you tried to upgrade to PRO and had an issue, contact our support at http://www.biggerpockets.com/contact and someone will assist you.

Click on your profile pic in the blue nab bar and then click on Profile Stats. You can also find it in the settings menu. 

We're glad everyone is finding this to be a great addition -- don't just say that, but get involved in your local networking community forum.  Start a thread and get your local forum up and running!

We do not have an excel version of the calculator, sorry. Just the web app.

What market are you referring to?

People don't know unless you tell us and those people with keyword alerts set to trigger when their market is mentioned won't know.

The provinces have been there a few days.  For the time being, we're going to keep Canada chopped up as we have it.

@Roy N. - Take it easy on the kid ;)  You know you can just post in your own province forum now.

Guys - Please refrain from requesting new cities/areas.  We're not planning on adding any new cities/counties until we see how things fare with the current set of areas.  If you don't see your city, just post in the state forum and make sure to include the area you're in in both the title and post itself to attract others with that keyword set.

If you weren't pro, you wouldn't be able to post in the PRO forum and wouldn't have a pro badge on your profile.  It looks to me like everything is ok with the account.
