Thanks @Jon Wright -- We appreciate the vote of confidence.

Nothing has changed about the kind of ads that appear on the site in a decade. We do serve personalized ads so if you're looking around at sites that would indicate a proclivity to silver investing, you will see those ads. Again, we have had the same ad platform for over 10 years.

@Colton S. - Again, these video ads should not resume.  If they do, there is something wrong with our ad provider -- Google.  We don't want them on the site -- we would rather forego the revenue for a quality user experience.

Hey @David Dachtera - We thought they were turned off and I just checked a few minutes ago and noted that they were back on for some reason.  I've again shut the ads off.  Give it a few hours, and if you are still seeing them, please let me know.

We do not want those invasive and distracting ads to show on the site.  They damage the user experience -- something I'm not fond of.

I appreciate you saying something.

Update: I caulked the door last night and ran the hose this morning -- Success! Thanks a million guys.  BiggerPockets rocks.

Hey Guys - I ran the hose on the outside flashing and the water came dripping in.  I think we solved our problem. 

I picked up some caulk and will get to sealing everything this weekend.  Will test with the hose again when done.  I'm hopeful!  Thanks guys.

@Joe Splitrock - We have done that, but we haven't seen anything immediate.  I believe that if it is indeed coming from the door, it is happening very slowly, but enough that it is clearly causing damage to the floor, but not enough that it would be causing damage to the ceiling or walls below.

It has been getting worse over the last month or so and we have had more rain.  I do think it is tied to rain for sure...
