Thank you all for your interest. Thanks to Karl Radnurn, I found out that the owners of the house of interest in Vero Beach Fl, do not live at the listed address with the property appraiser yet the taxes are up to date. I'm working on a couple more ideas. Stay tuned....

I found a property in Vero Beach with an absentee owner in Vancouver. I've sent them a letter which was returned. It is a great little house that looks abandoned. I need someone on the street in Vancouver that can help track them down. Perhaps knock on a door. A finders fee or partnership seems appropriate.

Thanks Tim, we visited Ft Pierce and enjoyed the downtown area. A local cop thought I was crazy to be interested in the alphabet streets. I'm currently looking for a deal or partners in Vero Beach.

My beloved and I thought we wanted to live in Pinellas and so I introduced myself to the folks in that area. Through some unexpected flow of energy we ended up in Vero Beach and signed a contract for a condo there. I would love to get hooked into the investor community in Vero. I would like to get on the email lists of wholesalers and would appreciate any other help to get started in the St Lucie, Indian River, and Osceola counties. I look forward to hearing from you!
