Hi I'm Jim Stansberry. I've been investing in real estate in Florida for many years on a part time basis. I own some houses in Seminole county and have flipped several in the Central Florida area. I've gone through a big change in my life and now I'm looking to work full time on investing. I'm in Pinellas county right now where I have one rental house. I'm looking for a place to live, a realtor to work with, and some friends would be nice too. My girlfriend and I are travelling around Florida looking for a place to call home. She is a singer songwriter and artist from Holland.

Hi Frank, No I didn't include it but it would make a nice bonus. I do not know whether stirring up the government will be to my benefit in the long run.

I just purchased a fixer-upper to flip in Orlando. There is an enclosed space in the rear of the home which was permitted for a screen porch. The space is now enclosed with windows and walls. Shall I alert the property appraiser to this fact so that the square footage will appear as "living area" in the public records?
