 I can come out and give you a quote and depending on the materials would be able to start the project within a month. 

 I'm Blake and my Birthday is Feb 7th, Super Bowl Sunday. I decided that I wanted to spend my day at Myrtle Beach and was on AirBnB looking for a nightly rental, when it hit me ! "Use this as an opportunity to network and learn from Investors in the Myrtle Beach Area, I know investors looking for vacation short term rentals now!" I'm paying full Airbnb prices Plus give great reviews just wanting more insight of the process: (Furnishing, overhead, property management, pro/cons, ext.) I'm a Realtor in SC(Columbia) / NC(Raleigh-Durham) working with Real Estate Investors plus starting to invest myself.
