My llc is Blessed Real Estate and Services which the nacis code is high risk. So my question is if I Add a DBA to just Blessed Services would it make the business a Low Risk Nacis code? thanks

A plumber in Stockton makes more money than a person selling solar. Try the solar as a side gig and see what the income stream really is.
4 unit or a duplex? Duplex is much lower down payment FHA than 3 or 4 units and less hoops to jump through. PMI sticks on property with FHA until you sell or can refinance.
yes and no. I use to be a solar salesmen and made well over 100 k in a year. as a plumber only as a top company service plumber I'll see that kind of money with a lot more hours and still might not hit the mark but more then possible. if I had my own plumber company then yes more then selling solar. But solar company's average 1 million a month in revenue .
yes I love that idea. thanks
well from what I'm hearing FHA loan is @ a better rate right now with no pmi. Yea I'm trying to reach out to the right people as much as possible.

I want to buy a house. The situation is I've been a plumber for years and I know banks want you to have the same job for two years with taxes. But I want to get back into selling solar because of a lot more money. I want to purchase a 4 unit duplex this year. how would this affect me and how should I go about this? Thanks in advance

I'm a new investor and I was advised with this standard purchase and sale agreement from a investor from another state. He recommended to get this looked over by a local agent to make sure it's ok to use this one in my state. Can anyone help me look over this contract? Thanks in advance.
Hey Brandan, best to use a local lawyer to review or local realtor to close the deal... What's the scoop on it?
it's a wholesale deal I have a agent that sends me distressed houses which I'm trying to get under contract.
