Good question @James Masotti . A lot of the info that I have heard on the podcast helps to reaffirm some of the things that I've learned along the way, which is a really good feeling because most of the people who are being interviewed on the podcast have a great deal of success. I think that the biggest stumbling that I have faced in the past was financing. I guess that doesn't make me any different than others. Overall, I think that if I would have found Bigger Pockets sooner, I may have taken more action to grow my Real Estate Investing career. It has already been a good source to start networking, which is something that I need in my business and also a great source of education.

Hi everyone. My name is Bob and I'm a new member to Bigger Pockets. I am originally from Philadelphia & moved to South Jersey about 10 years ago. I began investing in Real Estate in 2008 (what a scary time to start out). In that time frame, I have invested in a few Multi-Families and also Fix & Flips Renovations. I can't believe that I only recently learned about the Bigger Pockets Podcast & this great community. Most of my investments have been in Philadelphia & South Jersey, however I am looking to expand in the upcoming year. For the last month, I have listened to 1 podcast every day & it has been a great way to expand my real estate knowledge. I joined the group & instantly upgraded to the Pro version. I'm looking forward to meeting many investors & forming relationships in this community.
