This is why my interest is not in class D or C- neighborhood. Without even ask what class of the neighborhood this is in. Looking at the pictures I can guess. Normal people just don't do this kind of thing. Sorry I offend anyone.

Being a ladlord is not hard at all. It is not easy, but not hard. As a registered nurse turned investor myself, you are on a right path.

Hello Bigger Pocket,
Investor from Maryland just moved to Houston about a year ago. Real estate is my passion. I have two beautiful properties already. I closed on one just six months after moving to Houston. I am closing on my next property between January and March 2017. I am very competent and willing to learn. I have read many books, I have learn a lot. I am currently looking to get into an apprenticeship with real estate investing company. Any effort to assist me will be appreciated.
