@Fredie Robinson I grew up on the backside of Churchill. 5th st. I would not be opposed to that area at all to get started. 1200 Homeview Dr just popped up on the MLS and my first thought was you. I haven't had the chance to run the numbers yet but at 55k it looks flippable at least. Not sure it's BRRRRable

@Fredie Robinson BRRRR is what I'm looking to do. I am definitely not opposed to going further south or back into Louisville if need be. I will keep you in mind if I find a good deal that doesn't fit into the BRRRR strategy.

@Fredie Robinson I will for sure keep you in mind. How is the market here? I grew up in Louisville (40214) and moved to Shepherdsville about 6 years ago. Recently started crunching numbers on properties for sale here and it seems ok. Have not seen a ton for sale though. everything seems to sell fast

I am at the point where I need to start forming a team. I'm interested in staying in Shepherdsville Kentucky, and maybe into South Louisville Kentucky. I am mainly looking to BRRRR properties. Let me know how we can help each other!
