Perfect thank you for you insight it is much appreciated! I was talking with someone the other day that has their license and also wholesales properties. So the reason I ask is because lets say you find an off market deal and the owner wants full asking (which most people want) then you can potentially list the home for sale with them as a realtor. On the flip side if you find an off market deal and the home owner needs to sell asap and is a fixer upper and needs cash now, then you can wholesale the property. Once again thank you. I will look into local meetups.
