Post: Searching for a shorter Term Lease - Port Townsend WA

I have a Navy Veteran who is looking for a property to lease for 6 months (possibly longer if it's right) in Port Townsend. She's not making a lot and rents are overwhelming there. She shares custody of a very well behaved and trained Aussie - having him 2 months on/off. She is well educated and reliable with a high credit score. She'd need a bit of a yard and carport or garage. Thank you in advance for any possibilities you may have.

@Anna Laud thank you! This one is major renno. Prices are higher here as well and with my time crunch for getting back to Nebraska - makes it a little out of my comfort zone.

Hi guys! I'm in Eugene Oregon for another week after cleaning out a hoarder house that I have under contract. I need some estimates on things I want done in the house. Changing up the bathrooms - adding a wall, moving a water heater to create a bath shower combo, removing a tub to create a walk in shower, moving a toilet over, dividing a bedroom and extending a wall, creating a bedroom etc.
Any input and recommendations would be amazing. Thanks in advance for your help.

Where and how do you find good tenants in Milwaukee, WI? My former son-in-law just lost his father and inherited his duplex. He currently resides in San Diego (staying after separating from the Navy) and is looking for a good, long-term tenant for his newly acquired property. He will be leaving the Milwaukee area in the next 2.5 weeks after the funeral and final settling of his fathers estate. He's going to screen applicants from San Diego as he currently works for a property management company there but is needing to get someone in there hopefully prior to his departure. Does anyone know of any sites of people requesting good places to rent? We have a fb one here in Lincoln.

Thanks for sharing your wisdom Matt! We're looking to flip and buy & hold. Lincoln's a hot market as well - we're trying to find our niche.

Hi! I just had a couple questions about buying properties in Omaha Nebraska. Are there zip codes we should stay away from? A fellow newbie told me 68110 & 68111 were not good to invest (flip or buy & hold). Secondly, could someone give me names of some good contractors in Omaha, NE?
TIA for your assistance!!
