The Million of course. I would buy 3 multi-Family homes, rent all of them out as rooms, and bank way more than 10k a month. @Shiloh Lundahl

I most certainly agree. And of course everybody’s methods are different. That’s why I wish I could have just done it for him, but I definitely do agree. If you may end up having to buy a new one anyway, what does it hurt to try giving it a nice good power wash, before knowing for sure, if you have to do so, or not. @Clayton Boyle

I totally get what your saying, but as I stated. This should definitely be done outside. And you will have a hose to constantly spray it out and dilute the solution. In no way am I saying just mix it up and stand there and inhale it all. You would douse the fridge with Amonia, and then do the same with the Bleach without washing it out, then spray it down. As for the combination you would use some of all of the products in a large bucket. With lots of water. Then then douse the fridge again. After a few times of that. Just use only Amonia. Until its time to use the Tilex. You definitely have to be mindful of how you mix the products. And how much you use when actually combining them. When I say use lots of Amonia at that point, I definitely mean by itself. But when mixing with Bleach and other products use lots of water. And be mindful of how much you put in the mixture. If I was there i would just do it for him. But unfortunately I am all the way in New York. A person has to just take what I said, and kind of just find their own way. But definitely do this outside with a hose. @Clayton Boyle

You should definitely accept the rental assistance. It pays guaranteed, and there is usually no issues. Things do happen, but 9 out if 10 times always the rent is always paid, and there is no issues. Depending on the state your in, depends on the type of rental assistance programs they offer. But section 8 is always good in any state, they are just a little strict on meeting the guidelines for inspections. Thats really it. All the other horror stories people claim or tell bout section 8 almost is never true, and just hearsay. One person just repeating what they heard, from what another person told them. Alot of people be misinformed. Im not saying no issues ever occur. But as I said, it’s extremely rare. That would be my only suggestion. Just use your one rental that is about to be available to test it out. Accept one section 8 voucher, and see how it goes. And just screen which person with section 8 you like best for the rental. Do a full interview with a few prospects. You just might find someone you really like, that’s worth you renting to. Just something to consider. @Phil LoCicero

To be honest no. And thats only because I live in New York. To do that elsewhere, wouldn’t be as worth it, unless its California. But in a multi-family, depending on the state possibly, it just depends. But I would definitely go the section 8 route with a multi family out of state. Especially depending on how much I paid for it. And if one day the flip price is worth it, I would sell. But definitely message me. I will tell you all I know. @Vanessa Roca

Ooohhh, It stinks. Take the Fridge outside with a hose. Use lots of Amonia, Bleach, A combination sometimes of both and also lots of fabuloso, pine-sol and Mistolin. Use many combinations. It will definitely work and get the smell out. You just have to keep doing it over a course if a few hours. And use lots and lots of Amonia as concentrated as possible. I had that same issue before. You also have to spray inside all of the vents with the Amonia and the hose. When your done, for the last task and coat. Spray it down with alot of Tilex and let it sit for some hours. Spray it out with the hose. And repeat atleast 2 or more times. Then once dry, take it inside, plug it in and spray it down again with Tilex. Close it and let the Tilex do its job, after 6 hours. Wipe it out and spray it again. Wait about 10hrs this time. Wipe it out, and it should be good as new. I know it sounds like alot. But really its not. And it will work. The smell will be gone. I assure you the smell will be gone. And you wont have to buy a whole nee fridge. Also be sure to clean the water tray/plate in the back of the fridge as well. @Ed Soniat

Are you sure the fuse to the refrigerator didn’t just blowout when the power surge occurred. Most likely that’s what may have happened. You should definitely check into replacing the fuse 1st and see if that fixes the fridge before having to buy a whole new refrigerator. @Ed Soniat

This could make sense. You could possibly put them all under the one LLC and claim them as business expenses to the main company. @Alex Bernot
