Depending on how much your looking to spend, I would say buy a property in New York City and rent it out as rooms. It’s way more profit in that. And you can always sell as an already Established and fully Functioning investment property with Instant Revenue. @Randall Esquivel

Renting is most st definitely better depending on the property and what the flip profit would be of course. How much are you looking to invest. I would say get a property in New York City and rent out as rooms, you will definitely make way more money. Contact me if that is something your willing to consider and look into. @Vanessa Roca

I recommend you take the licensing course through Real Estate U. It is very good and only $99 for the full course. They are the cheapest and the best, literally. @Emily Smith
