Im Sending an ITEMIZED ESTIMATION of REHAB COSTS to my AGENT to Send "WITH MY OFFER"

I Felt this was a good idea so they Realize how much Money is needed to Have it to Code.

Do you think this is a good Idea?

And is their a "Document" on BP to Use for this type of thing?

And I Have Conservatively Purchased/Invested Roughly 10K+ in  Business related Items In 2016.

(I Have Not Focused on Generating a lot of Capital through this Company in 2016.)

I am Doing my Taxes Myself (for first time) & Want to know if through H & R Blocks Do It Yourself Tax Program(or any program) ..

#1)  I Can take Alllll These Receipts and Investments and Input And Receive a Nice Tax Break Even though the Co. ( on Record did not make much money). AND

#2)) I Have another Job/W-2.

Any Input would be Appreciated.

How many Units? Each unit 1 or 2 Bedroom ? What Stage is the Construction? / Is this Raw Land or Building Is in need of Repair)?

Very vague question..the amount of rooms,sq ft , one/2 story, talking starting from raw land?, several factors play into this..are all apt units 1 or 2 bedrooms..1 r 2 bath..laudry inc or not..this question cannot be answered without SIGNIFICANT DETAIL..OR SOME DETAIL AT LEAST

I have 16+ yrs exp in Construction. ( I also have some Capital saved and beginning learning the real estate side of things).I will have my Builders License in weeks from now and have MANY SKILLSETS. I am looking for people/investors with exp/knowledge to talk to/trade/partner with in future deals. Im 25 miles outside Detroit Metro/Wayne County,Macomb County,Oakland County etc...( don't scare too soon if your from this area you know their is opportunity in downriver areas and beyond surrounding Detroit..plz respond if interested/ u live in area/ or can help in ANY WAY.(tips on how/what approach u would take given the advantages of my skillset..thank you so much..  Like the title states..iv those qualifications at the Minimum.Im a very excited and motivated "Learning" Investor.Id Love to start Networking and speaking with people (esp in my area/Metro/Wayne County Area Michicgan) I posted about my Experience in Construction Not only to speak of my qualifications and "advantages" i may have over other beginner investors but also bc like i said im excited & MOTIVATED to learn every bit i can and get my first Deal on its way! Id be open to speaking with people from my area about "WHAT" theyd suggest given my Saved Cash(@ min.) my extensive const.
