I am a veteran currently deployed overseas and exploring real estate investment opportunities for when I return home. Specifically, I’m interested in house hacking, either duplex or single-family.

I'd like to inquire if anyone has worked with or can recommend any VA-friendly lenders who are experienced in supporting military members with VA loans for this type of investment strategy. I'm looking for guidance on eligibility, financing options, and any unique considerations related to using the VA loan benefit in a house hacking scenario.

Hi everyone. Yes, the title sums it all up, My girlfriend and I both own a house. She is currently living in it while I moved out, I am not paying the mortgage any since I am no longer living there but she wanted me to stay on the mortgage because our interest rate is 2.7%. What are my options? Is there any good way out of this? Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Is accomplishing a BRRRR strategy possible out of state ? Or is that something you should try near your area ?

I was just curious the pros and cons to having a team vs by yourself.
