Taylor Hansen good to have you here sir! My wife and I also invest and we both grew up in Spanish Fork. We build a house in Payson last year. We are currently working on acquiring and building more properties. I work in real estate development full-time and I am a licensed real estate broker. I would love to me up sometime.

Welcome @Brandon Farish!! First off, I have to compliment you on your name, obviously. Secondly, congrats on being from Spanish Fork!! What a great place to live and do business. I grew up in SF and just built a home last year in Payson. South Utah County is an amazing place for real estate entrepreneurs. Lastly, congrats on diving in and getting involved in the game. There's so much opportunity in real estate and it's great to have another SF Don in the mix! @Sam Levin, @Becca Summers, and @Rebecca Belnap are great UTAH resources. We've all been around the site for a while and I see them comment and share their knowledge often. I'm also happy to help if you ever need anything. Best of luck!
