Midwest city is a great area. I just sold one over there to an investor this week.

I'm a real estate investment specialist in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa markets and I work with a lot of investors like yourself to help connect them to investment properties. My team is moving 35 properties/month across Oklahoma. I'd love to connect and share some info on the market. Feel free to reach out if you're interested in a phone call at some point!

I work with a lot of investors from California out in Oklahoma.
Here are some areas in I recommend:

- Oklahoma City, Norman, Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Moore, Del City, Guthrie

You may ask "Why Oklahoma"

- Cost of living is lower than most places, with low property taxes. We have a great rental market, the state is extremely landlord friendly, and the price points make much more sense than some of the other markets you're looking into.

Unfortunately I don't think you can unless you have a clause built into your lease that allows you to do so. For future properties I would recommend having tenants pay utilities just to save you the headache in the future.

Hey Amor!

Tulsa is such a hot place right now. I definitely suggest around TU, Cherry Street area, Anywhere near the riverwalk. Many of my investors avoid North Tulsa but if your interested in section 8 housing it could be a good play.
