Come and join us for our next event, highlighting the BRRR method. Learn how to profit with fixer-upper rental properties. Buy-Rehab- Rent-Refinance-Repeat. Made popular by BiggerPockets, the BRRR method offers investors a chance to force appreciation and pull their capital out to fund another deal. Come analyze real examples and see what a powerful method this can be when growing your portfolio. There will be plenty of time to network as well!

Can't make it this time? We'll be hosting a meetup on the second Monday of every month.

Late notice! Event is being held tomorrow, Monday November 13th.

Come and learn the ins-and-outs of conventional and private financing. Obtaining financing is one of the most common excuses investors have for missing out on deals, but there's lots of ways to fund your next investment. Have your questions answered by industry professionals. Both new investors and seasoned investors alike are welcomed, and there will be lots of time to network. The event starts at 6pm and will be held at Chapel + Main restaurant/bar located at 83 Main St. in Dover. Hope to see you there!

Hello @Nick Gray, welcome to the forums. I'm in the Seacoast as well, searching for my own house hack. Currently I'm working for a property management company and have made some good connections. Let me know if you want to connect!

@Tyler Johnson I just graduated from UNH, and am now helping build a property management company in the Seacoast. I would suggest looking into the real estate track for finance majors, and trying to attend the REI meeting in Portsmouth on the 8th. If you have more specific questions or want to connect, I'm happy to try and help.
