Commercial Site on busy State Road 54 just minutes north of Tampa, Florida, in the fast-growing Wesley Chapel area. Zoned C-2/ROR, this 0.95 acre parcel has 150 feet of road frontage and is close to 3 shopping malls and many retail, office, and restaurant businesses. Less than 2 miles from Interstate 75. Adjacent to gas station/food mart. Half mile from local airport, flight center, and cafe. Two-lane highway is scheduled for six-lane expansion.
Priced to sell quickly, below assessed value, and well below my purchase price. Current circumstances force me to sell this at a huge loss.
Recently listed for sale at $224,900.
Cash price is now ONLY $135,000!!!

Wow! Nice profit for a patch of sand. Congrats!
My wife is a domain name hoarder. She uses GoDaddy.com to check availability and buy domain names.

So I attended one of those free "how to get rich" seminars a few weeks back, which turned out to be just a three day sales pitch for the "next level." Anyway, I was interested in the real estate angle so I signed up for the "Intensive" course, which turned out to be another 3 day sales pitch for the really expensive mentorship program. Luckily, I came to my senses before plunking down $10K to $20K for more training. The good news is that it ignited my desire to learn more and to actually take steps to develop a plan and DO something. I'm leaning toward flipping, fix-and-flip, and wholesaling. But I'm becoming more intrigued with rentals, both single-family and multiple units. I currently own a tree service but we're heading into slow season so I'll have more time to devote to real estate.

Pretty much what Russel said. If they're in your name or a single LLC, then one account would be adequate. Good record keeping is the key.
Thank you for your service! It sounds like you have the perfect background for fix and flips. Even if you don't do the work yourself, you'll have a good handle on costs and spotting potential problems. As a vet, you'll qualify for VA loans as well.

Sign up with CreditKarma.com and follow their recommendations to improve your credit score. It's free and they have some good advice. I joined about 2 weeks ago and have already bumped up my score. Personally, I would call the credit card company and get my limit increased, then apply for one or two of the recommended credit cards.

I work in two counties in Florida. I know you can access the county property appraiser's website to get information. You can search by name, address, parcel ID, etc. Here are the two sites I use:
Pasco County http://appraiser.pascogov.com/
Hillsborough County http://www.hcpafl.org/
I'm sure most counties have a similar site that you can search.

1% per month discount starting in November. I look at it as a 1% per month penalty if it's not paid by November 30th.
