@Sean OToole thats a great idea! I pulled a listsource list for 3-4 units in my area and the list appears to be all individual apartment owners. Can you teach me how to pull just a few properties at a time on listsource? The minimum it'll let me get usually is around 125. When I get them where would I see the classification. Looking for best source to locate small multifamily propertys and their associated owners - (looking for 2-8 unit properties). I usually pull from Listsource but they seem to be missing most above triplexes. Thanks!
