We signed up for BPCON 2025, right after attending BPCON 2024.  We are trying to figure out how to long into set our schedules for the conference, but all the links from are registration emails are invalid.  Any advice you can provide on how we can log into to manage are reservations for the event?  Thanks!

We currently own 6 units in Akron and have had a really tough time with finding a good property manager.  We tried a smaller company that didn't really have any processes in place so there were a lot of errors on leases and we were constantly reactive to situations that could have been avoided.  We switched to a larger PM that had tools and processes in place, but are equally disappointed with the level of service and lack of communication.  Plus account ledgers are regularly incorrect and we spend a lot of time managing the manager.  All that griping aside, we've decided to use technology to manage our rentals from out of state.  We have the tools in place to do the admin work and some vendors we know & like in place.  The one piece we are missing is finding a trusted agent in the area that can do all the other things we can't do from a far - like put a for rent sign in the yard, show the properties to prospective tenants, turn over keys, do walk throughs of the properties, post notices (which we hope won't be often), etc.  Are you or someone you know, a reliable trusted person who could help with these types of tasks as needed?  We would love to connect with someone who is local, has investing experience or interested in learning and wants to earn a little extra money.  Know anyone???
