Can anyone suggest someone or someplace to go to design a company logo?  Right now just using some generic business cards from vistaprint.  Trying to find something that I can use as some branding and get some more professional cards and letter head.

My company is RHA Holdings, LLC. The RHA is the first letters of our kids names.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Brian!

I am in the process of rehabbing an old house that is approximately 90 years old.  I have taken it down to the studs and have saved all of the trim so far.  I will be using this as a rental and will not be putting back the trim as I am changing some window sizes and there are multiple coats of paint on the trim.

Is this trim worth saving?  Is there a market for it anywhere.  I do not have the time or ambition to do anything with this trim and did not know if I should just throw it in the dumpster or not.  I have been keeping all of the oak 2x4's and been cleaning the nails out of them.

I also have an old cast iron tub, unfortunately not a claw foot.  Same question for that, should I just take it to the recycle yard or is there a market for that.

Doing this work in Bloomington, Illinois.

Any help or suggestions are greatly welcomed.

Thanks,

Brian

Interesting article about Google dealing with housing for employees. I work for a large company that decided to buy a hotel in our corporate town for people coming in for training. After a few years realized a lot cheaper and less headache to let the hotels deal with the people. https://apple.news/AMdnZqIL9SCeAHfRdvzEEkg

Jami Stufflebeam a few years ago I was with my mother there for a week. We were in a nice hotel but I know it would have been nicer in a home. Would love to learn more from you sometime.
Brad Moncado do you currently help others manage their rentals in Branson? Wife and I have been looking into this in different areas around the Midwest. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Brian

I currently have a house I am remodeling that is being funded by a friend for the purchase price and part of the rehab amount. This friend has a lien on the property and a lien on another property that I have a large amount of equity in. I was planning on getting a rehab loan from the bank, but the costs of this was going to be pretty hi as opposed to me just refinancing after I finish remodeling the house and getting some tenants in. Another friend has offered to lend me the rest of the money to finish out the remodeling. How should I set this up? It is going to be a simple loan of 8% interest 2 year balloon amortized for 30 years and paid quarterly. I was going to have attorney draw up papers. Was talking about letting him put a 2nd lien on the property. Is this all I need to account for legally to make sure I am not breaking any securities laws? Anything else to watch out for? Also I have other friends wanting to back me on other projects looking at similar type set up, is this a good way to proceed? suggestions of how to set it up if it would require funds from more than just 2 to cover a project would be great too! Is there an easy way to set this up if it would take money from multiple people to work on a property? Any suggests on blogs, or other posts to read on is greatly appreciated as well and any books to read. Thanks! Brian
